STEP 1

Selective Harvesting Bamboo culms

Sourced from mature bamboo culms in Northern Vietnam.
5 years old for optimal strength and durability.
Each culm is individually inspected for quality control.

STEP 2

Precision Cutting & Strip Preparation

Bamboo stems are cut into uniform strips, removing the outer skin.
By-products reused for biomass energy, reducing waste.
Strips are calibrated for consistent thickness and width.

STEP 3

Crushing the Strips for Bamboo Strand Production

Bamboo strips are crushed into strands, opening up the material for bonding.
Strands are inspected before production begins to ensure quality.

STEP 4

Thermal Treatment for Color & Stability

Color Options :
Natural (Light Brown) – No thermal treatment.
Medium Brown – Achieved by steaming
Dark Brown – High-temperature treatment (~200°C) Thermal treatment enhances durability by breaking down sugars, reducing moisture absorption.

STEP 5

Gluing & Bonding the Bamboo Strands

Bamboo strands are impregnated with premium adhesives for superior bonding.
Low-VOC adhesives ensure high performance and environmental compliance.
After drying time, strands are arranged in molds before pressing to optimize consistency.

STEP 6

Compression Process for High-Density Bamboo

Compression Techniques:
Cold Press – Slower process, used for specific product applications.
Hot Press – Faster curing, widely used for flooring and structural materials.
The compression method affects stability, appearance, and hardness.
Strands are arranged in molds before pressing to optimize consistency.

STEP 7

Final Profiling & Quality Control

International-grade machines shape the final product with precision.
Surface finishing and profiling are optimized for flooring, beams, and panels.
High-performance click systems are integrated for easy installation.
